As I write this, I’m sitting in my office in Accra, Ghana, just miles from the vibrant Accra Makola -Market where I first sold handmade crafts at age 22. I remember the burning hunger to build something that would honor my ancestors, serve my community, and reflect the integrity my grandmother taught me through Proverbs 11:1: "The Lord detests dishonest scales, but accurate weights find favor with him." That fire led me to build three businesses across West Africa, mentor 50+ young entrepreneurs, and learn a hard truth: Africa’s greatest untapped resource isn’t gold or oil, it’s the God-given genius of our youth. Yet too many brilliant minds stall at the starting line, trapped by fragmented advice, funding myths, or the lie that "faith and business don’t mix."

Our accelerator doesn’t just teach how to run a business, it teaches how to run a business with character, clarity, and conviction.
When we founded Business Accelerator, we didn’t just want to teach how to start a business, we wanted to restore the sacred purpose of entrepreneurship in our continent. For centuries, African trade was built on Ubuntu (“I am because we are”), stewardship, and community uplift.
